- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an explanation is provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- DOI of references are mentioned, and references are sourced from reputable social science journals, avoiding predatory publications.
- Ethical approval (if required for social research involving human subjects, surveys, or data collection from sensitive populations) and consent forms (if applicable) are attached.
- Anonymity of research subjects is maintained, especially in sensitive cases, and personal information is not disclosed.
- The text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font (preferably Times New Roman), employs italics rather than underlining (except for URLs), and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at appropriate points, rather than at the end.
